'The Quorum Court voted to send the proposed new ordinance back to the county's Planning Board for a second public hearing after making several amendments to the text.
"We've made so many changes tonight, the public deserves to have a clean copy," Justice of the Peace Evelyn Rios Stafford said of the ordinance.'
